We are a leading 3PL provider in Commerce, CA, is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you are a great communicator who knows your way around BOLs, FTL/LTL shipments, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), we want to hear from you!

The Role:
You will ensure our clients receive world-class service by managing order lifecycles from start to finish.
Your core responsibilities include:
Order Management:
Handling order entry, processing, and status updates for our clients.
Inventory Oversight:
Tracking inventory levels, managing discrepancies, and following up to ensure accuracy.
Documentation Excellence:
Navigating BOLs, FTL/LTL paperwork, and keeping detailed records of all communications, issues, and service exceptions.
Communication:
Acting as the voice of the company for customer inquiries, returns, and refunds. What You Bring to the
Table:
Industry Experience:
3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with WMS or inventory tracking software.
Communication:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively assist our clients and team.
Accuracy:
Superior data entry skills and an organized approach to managing multiple tickets simultaneously.
Shift & Details:
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Flexibility:
Must be open to occasional overtime on Saturdays if needed.
