/ National Packaging Products as an Order Processing, Customer Service, Inventory and Shipping Assistant! This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to support our operations in Commerce, CA, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our order management system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks. Coordinate shipping logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Collaborate with team members to streamline order processing and improve efficiency. Assist in preparing shipping documentation and labels for outgoing shipments. Monitor stock levels and communicate with suppliers regarding inventory needs. Support overall warehouse operations as needed to meet business demands.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or business is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management software. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of inventory management practices is preferred. Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
