Customer Service Representative

At least two years drayage experience bilingual language Enter new orders; Complete confirmation of shipments with customers and vendors; Coordinate loading/unloading appointments; Ensure incoming phone calls are handled from customers to mitigate issues and resolve problems. Provides regular interface with customer to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all services performed. Maintain and develop strong working relationship with CSR team as well as Dispatch Staff. Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information. Communicate with customers, dispatchers, brokers and terminal clerks, via email and phone regarding schedule and or any issues with shipment Knowledge of delivery orders and scheduling pick up and deliveries Other duties as assigned
