In this role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide assistance Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records Utilize bilingual skills to assist multilingual customers effectively Demonstrate upselling techniques to promote additional products or services Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue generation efforts Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer interactions Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions
Experience:
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Proficiency in data entry and ability to navigate TMS systems efficiently
