Job Description
Customer Service Representative for 3PL Logistic Company Rancho Dominguez, CA From $19 an hour - Full-time From $19 an hour -
Full-time Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to receive and process orders accurately
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
- Tracks orders for customers and resolves shipping/order issues for customers
- Coordinate scheduling pickups with carriers
- Must have 3PL knowledge and vendor compliance to Major Department and Chain Discount Stores
- Inventory control
- Acts as a liaison between customers and all other departments
- Maintain and update customer files
- Follow-up on orders in progress
Job Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of vendor compliance for major department stores
- Applicant must have minimum 1 years experience in logistic and warehousing
- Must be fluent in English. Spanish and English Bilingual a plus
- Excellent math and data entry skills
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to multi task and pay attention to detail
- Must handle customer issues with a sense of urgency
- Must possess good computer skills
