Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges The role will consist of working from a computer and cross working with the warehouse floor and CSR's. Description of some of the responsibility this role will require.
- Printing orders
- scanning documents
- organizing files
- verbal and email communication with warehouse manager and CSR
- Assisting the warehouse floor manager with prioritizing orders and shipments
- Improving current processes
- Experience working with major retailers
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish )
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
