Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges The role will consist of working from a computer and cross working with the warehouse floor and CSR's. Description of some of the responsibility this role will require.
  • Printing orders
  • scanning documents
  • organizing files
  • verbal and email communication with warehouse manager and CSR
  • Assisting the warehouse floor manager with prioritizing orders and shipments
  • Improving current processes
  • Experience working with major retailers
Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer needs
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Spanish )
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills

This position is based in Compton Schedule is Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay:
Between $18-19
