Job Description
Customer Service Representative (CSR) Pacific States Aviation - Concord, CA Pacific States Aviation has been serving the Bay Area aviation community since 1946. We are a full-service Fixed Base Operator (FBO) supporting private and corporate aircraft, flight training, and aircraft maintenance at Buchanan Field Airport in Concord. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is much more than a front desk position, our CSRs are the first impression of our company and play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for pilots, passengers, and visitors from around the world. What You'll Do Welcome customers, pilots, and passengers with a professional and positive attitude. Coordinate concierge services, including rental cars, hotels, catering, and other travel accommodations. Prepare for arriving and departing aircraft by coordinating customer requests with our Line Service team. Process invoices, payments, and customer transactions accurately. Answer phones, monitor radios, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Maintain accurate customer information and assist with administrative tasks. Keep the lobby, customer areas, and front desk organized, clean, and welcoming. Work closely with other departments to ensure every customer receives outstanding service. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Google Workspace and point-of-sale software. Basic math skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
