In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, office management experience, and excellent communication abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth office operations. Receptionist & phone duties Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet walk-in customers and vendors at the front desk Manage voicemail and return calls promptly Maintain a clean and welcoming front office environment Customer service & scheduling Schedule service calls, installations, and repairs for field technicians Follow up with customers before and after service visits Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with accurate, helpful information Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach Collect and record customer information accurately in our service management system Administrative support Coordinate with field technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain organized filing systems for customer records and service histories Assist with data entry and general office tasks as needed What we're looking for 2+ years of customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Warm, professional phone manner with the ability to handle high call volume Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Bilingual abilities are preferred Experience in a trade, construction, or service industry is a plus but not required What we offer Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience Monday through Friday schedule — no weekends required Paid time off and holidays Supportive, family-oriented team environment Opportunity to grow with an established, respected local business Pre-employment drug test and background checks are required.
