A growing, client-focused wealth advisory practice in the Bay Area is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to join its team. This role partners closely with senior advisors to deliver a high-touch experience to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The position blends relationship management, financial planning support, and operational oversight, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients while staying deeply involved in the financial planning process.

This is an opportunity to play a visible role within a collaborative advisory team while gaining exposure to sophisticated planning strategies, portfolio discussions, and long-term client relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementPartner with financial advisors to support onboarding and integration of new client relationshipsCoordinate client and prospect meetings, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up action itemsMaintain accurate client and prospect records across CRM and internal systemsServe as a trusted support partner during client meetings and relationship management activitiesLead select client review meetings and assist with presenting financial planning updatesFinancial Planning & Client SupportGather and organize client financial data to support comprehensive planning and investment strategy discussionsAssist with preparation and implementation of financial plansRespond to client inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and planning-related requestsSupport account opening, maintenance, and servicing across multiple custodial platformsEnsure all client interactions and activities are documented within CRM systemsOperations & AdministrationManage day-to-day client service tasks and ensure a seamless client experienceSupport advisors with operational and administrative workflows tied to client servicingAssist with various team projects and internal initiatives as neededCompliance & Risk OversightFollow firm policies and regulatory requirements to ensure adherence to applicable industry standardsMonitor account activity and escalate potential compliance concerns when appropriateMaintain proper documentation and records for client interactions and transactionsTeam CollaborationWork closely with advisors and internal stakeholders to support client strategies and investment implementationContribute ideas and feedback during team meetings focused on improving client experience and operational efficiencyAssist with special projects and initiatives that support the growth of the advisory practice
