Known for delivering best-in-class service , this organization is growing—and looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Service Dispatcher to join their team. Essential Duties:
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently via phone and email Serve as the key liaison between customers, clients, and field technicians Schedule, track, and close service tickets with accuracy Troubleshoot basic alarm system issues (arming/disarming/functionality) Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care Maintain organized workflows and ensure seamless communication Enter and manage service data in internal systems Support reporting, documentation, and daily operations Ensure every customer interaction reflects top-tier service excellence
Requirments:
3 years of Dispatch and Customer Service in the service industry Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills High School Diploma or equivalent Clear Background to obtain or maintain California Alarm Company Employee registration (BSIS)
