- Help the occasional walk-in customer
- Process orders during the day so the warehouse staff can start shipping
- Place orders that come in via email
- Answer customer inquiries thru Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Faire, and eBay sites.
- Work with our regular wholesale customers placing their orders.
- Process returns
- This position requires strong trouble shooting and customer service skills
- Familiar with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, UPS World ship and Salesforce helpful.
- Help with light warehouse duties as needed. What We're Looking For
- Part time employee 25 hours weekly - Monday thru Friday.
- At least 3 year of customer service experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Go-getter willing to learn all of our products
