About the Role We're hiring Appointment Setters to work warm leads - some cold calling! Connect with interested customers and schedule appointments with our sales analysts who help clients exit service contracts they no longer need. Responsibilities Contact inbound leads and conduct structured intake calls Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective clients Collect and document key contract details Request and review supporting documentation when available Maintain accurate and timely records Schedule qualified clients for consultations with the analyst team Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduling expectations Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes Comfortable discussing contract and financial-related information Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace Prior customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Required Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and ability to meet scheduling expectations Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes Comfortable discussing contract and financial-related information Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace Preferred Skills Prior customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Pay range and compensation package Hourly Pay + Commission Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status under applicable law.
