Job Description

T&E Management is expanding and we are seeking driven, energetic individuals to join our team as AT&T Customer Service Representative supporting AT&T products and services. In this AT&T Customer Service Representative role, you'll work directly with customers and business owners to provide tailored wireless and internet solutions, manage accounts, and ensure a seamless customer experience from activation through ongoing support. This AT&T Customer Service Representative position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, and account management while representing one of the most recognized brands in telecommunications.
AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Meet directly with customers and business owners to promote and bring awareness to AT&T wireless, internet, and service solutions As a Team Member, present service options, promotions, and upgrades to drive sales performance Manage customer accounts, including activations, billing updates, and service changes As the AT&T Customer Service Representative , provide expert level, exceptional customer support and resolve account inquiries efficiently Collaborate with a high-performing AT&T Customer Service Representative team to meet and exceed daily goals Maintain strong product knowledge and represent AT&T with professionalism
AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Interest in telecommunications, sales strategy, and account management Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,370.00 per week
