Job Summary Under the supervision of the IT Manager and the lead of the Phoenix Systems Support (PSS) Team, provide a variety of computing technical support and services to Phoenix staff, faculty, and affiliates of the Entomology & Nematology, Plant Pathology departments, and Programs within. The incumbent is expected to acquire the skills and knowledge to perform more advanced work following an agreed upon time in position, through defined on-the-job training and development planning.
