Service Lane Entry Level Representative

Automotive group is looking for a fulltime service lane entry level representative. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, offering exposure to customer interaction, scheduling, parts coordination and dealership exposure. Fulltime position Job duties will include but aren't limited to: Provide a welcoming, professional first impression for all guests and ensuring an efficient check-in process Coordinate and manage the appointment calendar, proactively confirming bookings to maximize daily shop capacity Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and client updates. Facilitate clear, efficient communication across departments to streamline repair timelines and minimize delays. Ensure compliance with safety protocols while keeping the guest lounge and work environment clean, safe and professional. Provide cross-functional support by assisting with cashiering duties, point-of-sale transactions, and closing invoices during peak hours or as needed. Contribute to overall facility success by remaining adaptable and executing administrative projects as requested by management.

Candidates must possess the following:

A genuine passion for guest relations combined with a positive, collaborative team mindset. Strong organizational habits and the ability to explain information clearly and confidently to both guests and team members. A strong desire to launch a career in the automotive industry and a proactive drive to learn the service business from the ground up.
