Full-time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift Position Summary We are an apparel company seeking an Ecommerce & Client Services Specialist to support our online store and deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, and live chat. This role ensures a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery, returns, and exchanges while supporting daily ecommerce operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Assist with order status, tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations Provide product information and styling recommendations Process and document returns and exchange requests accurately Collaborate with the Distribution Center to support order fulfillment Assist with order review, fraud prevention, and order releases/cancellations Support abandoned cart and customer outreach initiatives Stay updated on promotions, product launches, and website updates Maintain accurate records and assist with basic reporting Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of customer service experience (apparel/ecommerce preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with ability to multitask MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word) Shopify experience preferred
