This role is ideal for a customer service and account support professional with experience managing service requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers, agents, and transportation partners. The CSR/Account Management role supports daily service operations by receiving customer requests, dispatching them to the appropriate contacts, tracking communication volume, validating pickups, and helping ensure account information is accurate across systems. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-focused environment where organization, communication, and follow-through are essential to success. Candidates who thrive in this role are dependable, responsive, and comfortable balancing email, phone communication, scheduling coordination, and data validation. This position offers the chance to contribute to smooth customer service operations while working closely with supportive teams across customer service, transportation, dispatch, and agent coordination. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to daily email and telephone service requests from store locations. Dispatch service requests to the appropriate local dispatcher, agent, or internal contact. Monitor and address client email inboxes in a timely manner while tracking daily call and email volumes. Follow up with customers, agents, and internal teams by phone and email to resolve scheduling, pickup, and service-related issues. Coordinate initial pickups for new accounts with the Transportation team and validate daily agent pickups. Prepare trailer verification reports, complete agent data entry, export information to systems, and verify accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range:
$20 to $24 per hour.
