This role is ideal for an experienced Sales Support Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Sales Operations Coordinator, or Inside Sales Support professional with strong order processing, data management, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. This position supports a manufacturing-related environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and cross-functional teamwork are essential. The CSR/Sales Support role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, and customers to help ensure orders, pricing, reporting, and account support are handled efficiently. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, supporting customer relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including order entry, quotes, pricing updates, account management, sales forecasting, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and sales data within ERP and CRM systems.
  • Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, forecasts, and sales performance metrics to support leadership and business decisions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams to support timely and accurate customer order fulfillment.
  • Research and resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, backorders, and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
