Job Description
Develop long-term relationships with dealership staff, service advisors, and customers Seek out new referral opportunities through dealership visits, outreach, and community networking Greet customers during vehicle drop-off and assist with the intake process Respond promptly to incoming leads, customer questions, and partner inquiries Communicate effectively with insurance companies, dealership personnel, customers, and internal team members Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and ensure a positive overall experience Perform regular visits to assigned dealership accounts to maintain and strengthen partnerships Serve as the main point of contact between dealership service departments and G.U Collision Center Help process dealership billing, purchase orders, and warranty-related paperwork Track customer interactions, account updates, and follow-up activities accurately Assist office staff and management with daily operational and business development tasks We are willing to train and invest in the right dedicated individual who is motivated to grow with the company long term. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
