Our team focuses on building meaningful connections, driving customer satisfaction, and creating long-term brand loyalty through personalized service. We're currently hiring a Client Success Associate who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll combine customer service, sales, and account support to guide customers through AT&T's products and services while ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. If you enjoy working with people, developing your communication skills, and growing within a performance-driven team, this is a strong entry point into a long-term career in sales, client relations, and leadership.
What You'll Do:
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T wireless solutions Educate customers on products, services, and promotions to support informed decision-making Assist with new service enrollment and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Represent the AT&T brand with professionalism and integrity in daily customer interactions Build and maintain positive client relationships to support retention and satisfaction Track performance goals related to sales and customer success metrics Stay up to date on AT&T products, pricing, and service updates Develop leadership skills with opportunities to grow into team leadership and account management roles
What We're Looking For:
Must be 18+ years old to apply Background in customer service, retail, sales, or client-facing roles is a plus (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-driven Interest in career growth within sales, customer success, or management
