Location:
Eastvale, CA Pay Rate:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00
PMTarget Start Date:
June 22, 2026 We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Contact Center Agent to join a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls Respond to customer inquiries via email Provide support related to RMA servicesMaintain accurate records and documentation Communicate effectively with customers and internal teamsDeliver excellent customer service and problem resolution
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and email proficiency Detail-oriented and organized Reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
