Job Summary Remedy Rooter Plumbing is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our office team. We are a growing plumbing service company serving property managers, HOAs, commercial clients, and residential customers throughout San Diego County. This role is important because the CSR is often the first person our customers speak with and the person who gets that customer experience and that job started off on the right foot. Position Summary The CSR will answer incoming calls & emails, gather clear job information, communicate with customers, review follow-up items from the previous day, and help support the dispatcher and operations team. The CSR is the voice of our company. This position is a good fit for someone who is calm under pressure, good on the phone, detail-oriented, able to keep track of multiple tasks at once, and naturally makes quick easy connections with people. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Gather complete customer, property, and job information Create and update jobs in our scheduling software Review prior-day jobs for needed follow-up Check voicemails, emails, texts, and customer messages Follow up with customers, tenants, property managers, and vendors as needed Help identify jobs that need additional communication, notes, photos, or scheduling attention Communicate clearly with the dispatcher, service coordinator, operations manager, and field technicians Provide customers with updates regarding scheduling, technician arrival windows, and job status Help keep office tasks organized and moving throughout the day Escalate urgent issues to the proper manager when needed Maintain a calm and helpful attitude during busy or stressful situations Qualifications Prior customer service experience required Office, dispatch, service business, plumbing, construction, property management, or home services experience is a plus.
