Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented person to support our daily administrative operations. A person who can communicate well with our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for handling financial transactions and records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence..

Customer Service:

Provide support to clients and vendors as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational processes.

Outbounding:

Help our team generate leads. With great compensation opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Experience with outbound/inbound calls.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent;
