As a Call Center Representative, you will manage a high volume of inbound calls and customer inquiries in an onsite call center, providing accurate and timely support. This role includes researching and resolving customer issues,municating clearly in both verbal and written formats, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions. Additional responsibilities involve navigating multiple systems, performing accurate data entry with strong attention to detail, andpleting required pre-employment assessments, includingputer skills, data entry, and call center simulations. Pay Details:
