As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, helping create an outstanding ownership experience while building long-term customer relationships. Estimated Compensation $90,000 - $165,000+ annually Compensation consists of a competitive base plus performance-based commissions. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, productivity, customer satisfaction, and individual performance. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs Prepare repair orders and service estimates Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations Communicate repair progress and updates throughout the service process Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Review completed repairs and invoices with customers Maintain accurate documentation and service records Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business What We're Looking For Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Strong sales and relationship-building abilities Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening consistent with applicable laws Why Join Drive Family First?
