Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Assist clients with scheduling pool maintenance and service appointments. Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. Up sell additional services and products to enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed support.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
