This role begins with mastering the responsibilities of a Cashier/Guest Service Team Member , while developing the sales, communication, and operational skills needed to transition into a full Service Advisor role . This position serves as a stepping stone into a customer facing sales leadership role focused on Fast Pass membership growth, detail service sales, guest retention, and delivering a best in class customer experience . Think of it as the front door to advancement, where strong service turns into strong sales, and strong sales turns into career growth ✨ Primary Responsibilities (Training Phase) While in training, team members will be expected to: Deliver outstanding guest service with professionalism and enthusiasm Master cashier responsibilities including POS transactions, accuracy, and accountability Build confidence engaging with guests in a natural, consultative manner Learn company wash packages, Fast Pass options, promotions, and detail services Understand customer needs and confidently recommend the best service options Assist with site flow and maintain a clean, welcoming front counter area Support team initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Demonstrate reliability, coachability, and leadership potential
