Job Description

Lakeside Pet Hospital is a privately owned and operated small animal practice located in Folsom, California. Lakeside Pet Hospital believes in the freedom to practice great medicine and offer products and services not dictated by corporate management. We make a positive impact in the pet health care to our loyal clientele that cares for their animals. We are a busy, three doctor, small animal hospital looking for a highly skilled, motivated Receptionist. Lakeside Pet Hospital is looking for an outgoing, motivated, self-driven, multi-tasking, DEPENDABLE and
RELIABLE
individual to fill the position of Receptionist to join our family atmosphere team. The position is full time and requires at least 2 years experience working in a veterinary hospital. Cornerstone experience helpful. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, must have reliable attendance, punctuality, and work well on a team that is dedicated to providing the best of care to both the patients and clients. NO WEEKENDS or NIGHTS! Can be a five day-8 hour shifts or four days at 10 hour shifts. The job includes the responsibilities answering high volume phones, greeting customers, scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out from our clinic. Our team is cross trained and are involved in patient care, assisting doctors and technicians in radiology, restraint, blood and urine collection, laboratory testing and able to lift 40 pounds. Pay is very competitive. We take pride in our commitment to provide high quality veterinary care. We work hard to promote a positive, no drama, and fun work environment.
