IN-OFFICE POSITION
As our Retention Specialist, your primary focus will be helping existing customers stay properly protected while identifying ways to improve value and affordability.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact current clients to review policies and prevent cancellations Identify opportunities to save clients money on existing policies Re-shop insurance coverage when needed to find better pricing or value Cross-sell additional insurance products to strengthen protection and meet customer needs Review renewals and rate increases with customers Build strong relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up Address client concerns and provide solutions that improve retention Work closely with producers and service team members to create seamless client experiences Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in agency systems What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales or customer retention experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus) Problem solver with a customer-first mindset Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing coverages, pricing, and recommendations with confidence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
