Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and accept all patient orders, ensuring financial and therapy qualificationsProvide exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquetteReview and qualify orders according to Medicare, Medi-Cal, and contracted payer guidelinesCollaborate with clinical staff for complex patient ordersWork with Distribution Manager to ensure timely deliveries and address service failuresSupport departments with strong communication skills and accurate documentationMonitor daily and weekly intake reports, open order reports, and participate in Performance Improvement activitiesRespond to customer complaints and track for quality improvementSupport organizational goals, policies, and shipping processes for medical supplies
