The Customer Service Rep will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer. Established in 1971, Kishigo is the authority in high-visibility safety, including vests, pants, jackets, masks, flame resistant apparel, and accessories.

Hours:

Monday

• Friday, 8:00am
• 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Answer inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer's reps Enter and process orders Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service Expedite orders as required Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience Manufacturing or industrial customer service experience preferred Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills Excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills Kishigo California salary range: $19.00
