This is a dynamic role:
while your primary focus will be managing the front desk and delivering exceptional customer service. A minimum of one (1) year of veterinary receptionist experience is strictly required for this position.
Duties Customer Service:
Act as the face and voice of the hospital. Welcome clients, answer multi-line phones with a warm demeanor, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-ins/check-outs.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate electronic medical records, process payments, manage pharmacy refills, and handle email/client correspondence.
Hospital Flow:
Seamlessly multitask between front-desk operations and floor support to ensure a smooth, low-stress experience for both clients and patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a veterinary receptionist ( Required ).
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Knowledge:
Veterinary medical terminology and familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a major plus.
Availability:
Must have a flexible schedule (including potential weekend or evening shifts, depending on hospital hours).
Attitude:
