As a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Specialist , you will join our Fremont-based team to ensure the smooth fulfillment of orders and maintain our commitment to excellent service.
Job Summary Role Type:
Full-time, On-site Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30
PM Location:
Fremont, CA Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:
Accurately enter and process orders into the ERP system, ensuring all specifications are met.
Logistics Support:
Expedite shipments, prepare shipping documents, generate invoices, and manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
Client Communication:
Handle daily customer inquiries via email and telephone with a professional and helpful attitude.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide departmental support including handling samples, parts requests, filing, and other general office duties.
Qualifications & Skills Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Experience:
2-3 years of proven customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing or distribution.
Language Skills:
Mandarin fluency is a plus .
Essential Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve shipping or order discrepancies. Ability to follow directions and maintain high data accuracy. Capacity to independently work and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with ERP systems is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
