  • 5:00 PM (Full‐Time) A growing manufacturing and technology organization in Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support inside sales, customer relations, and order management.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting business growth. Job Summary The Customer Service Representative provides high‐level customer support and inside sales assistance to strategic accounts and internal management. This role focuses on responding to product inquiries, preparing quotes, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to all customer product inquiries, including requests for quotations, samples, technical support, and backlog updates. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution. Follow departmental procedures to create accurate, profitable quotes and sample responses. Proactively follow up on business opportunities and provide weekly status updates. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure superior customer satisfaction and strong vendor/customer relationships. Maintain complete and up‐to‐date quote history and follow‐up documentation. Focus on closing new orders and meeting monthly and quarterly booking goals. Attend production meetings and communicate customer commitments clearly. Drive orders through internal processes to ensure on‐time delivery (OTD). Other Duties This job description is not intended to cover every task or responsibility. Duties may change at any time with or without notice. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized, self‐disciplined, and detail‐oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross‐functional teams. High accuracy, reliability, and consistent attendance. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 3+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative. Semiconductor industry experience preferred but not required. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
