Full Job Description Overview:

We are a fast-growing energy consulting team looking to bring on motivated individuals who want to build a high-income skillset while helping homeowners make smarter decisions about their energy use. This is a client-facing role where you'll meet with homeowners, go over customized options, and guide them through a simple qualification and onboarding process. No prior industry experience required — we provide training, mentorship, and a clear path to growth.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (appointments can be provided)
• Educate clients on modern energy solutions and cost-saving options
• Conduct basic home evaluations and present tailored recommendations
• Walk clients through the enrollment/approval process
• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills (you don't need to be perfect, just coachable)
• Self-motivated and driven to earn
• Comfortable meeting with clients face-to-face
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
