JOB OVERVIEW
Orange County's leading HVAC filter distributor is looking for a friendly, hard-working individual for a front desk and warehouse support role. This is a full-time, in-person position that combines customer service responsibilities with hands-on tasks throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, maintain a positive attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that includes both office and physical duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet walk-in customers with a friendly attitude Assist customers with questions regarding products, accounts, and services Enter quotes and orders in person, over the phone, and via email Manage company email and answer incoming calls Direct calls or resolve customer concerns as needed Maintain an organized workspace Assist with moving inventory, including carrying and transporting boxes Use ladders when needed to access inventory Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service experience preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule during business hours (Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm) Possess professional communication and email etiquette Basic computer skills required Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry boxes (up to 30 lbs) Comfortable going up and down stairs throughout the day Ability to safely use a ladder when needed Must be comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the workday
