You must be organized, friendly, and outgoing with the ability to multi-task while providing exceptional customer service. You need to handle incoming phone calls in a pleasant and effective manner along with calling existing customers to schedule service appointments. Additionally, miscellaneous clerical work will also be required. Requirements/Qualifications Computer skills including MS Office Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred Experience in a customer-facing role The starting rate for this position is $20 hourly.
