ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three focused on delivering exceptional, relationship-driven service. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years working for another State Farm agent, building a strong foundation in the business. I grew up in this community and am proud to serve it. My husband and I have two daughters and stay active coaching their flag football team. I also enjoy traveling, especially to Scottsdale, and love trying new restaurants and foods. We're very involved locally and support a variety of nonprofit organizations. For our team, we offer holiday pay, PTO and sick time, health benefits, a Simple IRA, licensing paid up front, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is tight-knit and customer-focused, we treat our customers like family and pride ourselves on delivering 5-star service. The ideal candidate is strong on the phone, comfortable with computers, and able to multitask while providing a high level of customer care.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rachelle Copp - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
