In this role, you will serve as the face of our organization by assisting customers directly, providing support with essential services, and creating positive customer experiences through face-to-face interactions in local communities. Responsibilities:
Represent our team as a professional, customer-focused ambassador in local OC communities. Engage directly with customers to answer questions, provide service information, and deliver outstanding customer support. Assist customers with enrollment and account setup for essential connectivity and telecommunications services. Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and personalized assistance. Maintain a positive, energetic presence while interacting with customers in residential and retail environments. Meet individual and team performance goals by delivering exceptional service and maintaining customer satisfaction. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records of enrollments and service updates. Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Self-motivated and dependable with strong time management skills. Comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face in community and retail event settings. Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or a similar role is a plus, but not required. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in various working environments.
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
