Expected Earnings:

Responsibilities:

Process Payments:

Securely handle cash, credit card, check, and digital payment transactions accurately for sales, service, and parts customers.

Close Out Orders:

Review repair orders and parts invoices to ensure billing accuracy before processing payments.

Reconcile Daily:

Count, balance, and reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of every shift.

Support Customers:

Greet guests warmly, answer incoming phone calls, and direct clients to the correct department.

Maintain Records:

File repair orders, parts invoices, and receipts accurately according to dealership guidelin

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in an Automotive Dealership.

Core Skills:

Strong basic math skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a highly organized approach to paperwork.

Professionalism:

A friendly, patient demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Cash Handling:

Proven experience managing cash registers, making change, and processing payments securely. High school diploma or GED required Join our team and take your career to the next level!
