We're looking for highly-motivated, exciting individuals who want to take part of our growing company. Available Mon-Sat 10a-7p, Sun 11:20a-4:30p. Our Company Suit & Tux Warehouse provides a huge warehouse selection of men's suits, tuxedos, shoes, and much more. We pride ourselves by offering our clients unbeatable customer service, selection, at affordable prices. Job Summary Customer Service Associates greet customers, accept payments via POS, answer questions, resolve issues, etc. When not busy, Customer Service Associates (CSAs) stock merchandise, arrange displays, and perform light housekeeping duties. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Charge customers via POS system Handle returns/exchanges Bag purchases Stock merchandise Answer customers' questions in-person and on-phone. Wipe mirrors, display cases, shelves Attach price tags Assist customers and place orders for tuxedo rentals and group orders Address customer complaints for positive outcomes Perform other duties as directed by supervisor Company Expectations Weekends required Timeliness Attention to detail Positive attitude Team player Knowledge, Skill and Experience Minimum Education required: High School Diploma Minimum Experience required: Cashier 1-year Benefits Employee discounts Family feel in a smaller tight-knit company
