Job Description

We are currently hiring a Customer Service Team Member to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with customers in person, provide information about available services and programs, answer questions, and ensure each individual has a professional, respectful, and helpful experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values community involvement, and wants to grow their communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will play an important role in representing our clients in the community while helping customers feel informed, supported, and valued. Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person with professionalism and a positive attitude Speak with community members face-to-face to provide information about available services, products, and promotions Answer customer questions clearly and help resolve concerns in a respectful and timely manner Build positive relationships with customers by delivering helpful and friendly service Guide customers through service or enrollment steps when needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activity Support community outreach efforts and participate in local events and customer engagement initiatives Work closely with other Customer Service Team Member colleagues to create a strong team atmosphere Help ensure customers have a positive experience from initial interaction through follow-up support Customer Service Team Member Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with customers and community members face-to-face Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, community outreach, or another customer-facing role is a plus Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction in a professional environment
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
