Customer Service Representative, where you will be the vital link between our clients and our logistics operations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer support, streamline communication, and ensure smooth handling of Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Truckload (TL) shipments. 00-2:00 p.m. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding LTL and TL shipments, providing timely updates and solutions. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Manage data entry tasks accurately within our systems, including shipment details, tracking information, and client records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipments are scheduled, documented, and delivered according to client specifications. Assist clients with documentation requirements, including bill of lading processing and shipment tracking updates. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to generate reports, analyze shipment data, and communicate findings clearly to team members. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, shipment statuses, and service requests for analysis and continuous improvement. Experience Customer support roles in logistics or transportation industries is highly preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client bases effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for data management. Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach initiatives enhances your suitability for this role. Familiarity with analysis skills to interpret shipment data and improve service delivery outcomes.
