In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing customers, driving growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and sales expertise will help build strong relationships, expand our Service Department, and contribute to our overall business success. Responsibilities Appointment Scheduling:
Answer incoming calls and digital inquiries promptly to book, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
Outbound Outreach:
Proactively call clients to schedule routine maintenance, order parts, handle recall notices, and alert them of upcoming service campaigns
Customer Follow-Up:
Reach out to "no-show" customers to re-engage them, and conduct post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and track CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Department Collaboration:
Communicate closely with Service Advisors, Parts, and Service Managers to match appointment times with shop capacity Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, demonstrating professionalism and strong phone etiquette Execute follow‑up campaigns for maintenance intervals, recalls, and service specials Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required to serve diverse customer bases Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Experience in public speaking or sales support roles is advantageous Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Business Development Center Representative and become an essential part of our energetic team!
