In this role, you will be responsible for accurately boarding new merchant accounts by processing requests submitted through our ticketing system and email channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to delivering exceptional service while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs). As a Boarding Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure merchant applications are completed accurately and efficiently, helping to create a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Using multiple systems as needed, ensure applications are boarded accurately and timely within approved SLAs. Learn and navigate the boarding and processor systems that Celero uses to board merchant applications to the processors Communicate with partners, team members, and leadership to ensure all relevant information is presented on the merchant application to board properly Update tickets with proper status and details regarding the work completed Communicate with clients and/or team members regarding any changes needed, questions or concerns Meet the deadlines for tasks Attends and participates in job related classes and webinars Perform other duties as assigned Experience & Requirements 1-2+ years previous professional experience in a similar role or with data entry in the merchant services or similar industry. Be highly organized with great attention to detail Perform job functions in the best interest of Celero's and following the right process Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact Reports to: VP of Partner Support Start date: Immediate Employment type: Full-time;

$25/ hour
