Job Description

Job Summary:
The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting and engaging with OPN's current clients including contract, presentation, report, and communication management. The position is in-office in our Glendale office and involves coordinating with staff across OPN's departments, including Care Management, Network Operations, Analytics, and Finance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting contract management for all OPN clients including drafting of new agreements, drafting of contract amendments, and maintenance of internal contract storage Helping drive client engagement through regular meeting cadence, presentations, and reporting Generating external presentations that align with OPN brand and messaging Coordinating and supporting all internal team members for client deliverables and requests Establishing connections and relationships with OPN clients to add additional support and touchpoints with each client Communicating with stakeholders to keep all OPN team members properly involved Performing quality control on Client related projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected Managing diverse teams across company employees, contractors, and consulting resources Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 1+ years' experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to drive results with distributed teams and management Problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone. Ability to safely and successfully perform and maintain regular job functions with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
