Job Type Full time Client Service Representative VCA Noah's Ark Animal Hospital in beautiful Goleta, CA is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team! We are dedicated to delivering high quality patient care to companion and exotic pets in Santa Barbara County. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to help complete our team! Our Client Service Representatives provide high-quality and exceptional customer service at all times. As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.
BENEFITS
We offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical/dental/vision and paid vacation (for F/T employees only), 401(k), generous personal pet care discounts and more! This position pays $18.00 - $21.00 , dependent on experience, education, certification
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1 year of Customer Service experience preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Scheduling and confirming appointments Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control) Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments Answering questions regarding our services Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS
