Job Description

At Pointer Pest Control, our purpose is too protect families and homes from dangerous and unwanted pests. We are a family owned and operated company focused on quality pest control servicing and excellent customer service. We are looking to hire a knowledgeable pest control office admin to help us manage and be the backbone of our operations. We are a fast growing company with 20 years of experience servicing the greater Sacramento area. Pest Control Office Admin Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Valid Driver's License with good driving record. Proven pest control or pest control office admin experience (FieldRoutes knowledge is a plus) Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills and detail orientated. Ability to handle incoming calls and manage day to day office tasks. Self motivated and ability to manage time efficiently. Ability to communicate and sell service over the phone is necessary (uncapped commissions on sold accounts). Lift up to 25 lbs. Branch 2 - Field Representative License (If you do not posses this license, we will get you licensed within 60 days of employment). Responsibilities (Office day to day tasks): Position will be in person and has the potential to be a remote position if candidate demonstrates experience with pest control and CRM- Field Routes knowledge. Checking and answering after hours voicemails, texts, emails, leads. Handling incoming calls from new or existing customers. Signing up new customers and setting up in system (Field Routes) Scheduling and rescheduling customers and technician routes. Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner working with technicians to increase customer satisfaction. Processing customer payments. Communicating with the technicians in the field as needed. Completing and submiting pesticide use reports on a monthly basis. Picking up pesticides from local suppliers as needed. Tracking inventory and ordering new supplies.
