Receptionist/Customer Service Representative Local, independent insurance company is seeking a full-time receptionist/customer service representative to join our team. We are in need of a dependable professional to relay incoming telephone calls, guide visitors, and assist with day to day operations. When our customers call or walk into our office, we want them to have an excellent experience every time. The ideal candidate communicates with grace and clarity, has a positive attitude, and can multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail. Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required.
