Shift Availability:

Morning, Afternoon, Evening (flexible scheduling available) Hourly 17.25 We seek a friendly, self-motivated, customer-oriented Cashier to join our team at Chevron. The cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Present a professional appearance and maintain good hygiene. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the cash register, and handle cash, and credit/debit transactions accurately. Upselling products and promotions. Assist customers with purchases and inquiries. Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are neat and organized. Maintain cleanliness in the store, including counters, shelves, and restrooms. Follow safety and security protocols, including monitoring fuel pumps. Maintaining environmental, local, and company protocols and procedures. Maintaining a clean station and handling environmental tasks. Assist in receiving and stocking deliveries. Resolve customer complaints or refer them to the manager when necessary.

Requirements:

Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate!). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight. You must be 21 years or older to apply. (Age-restricted products on site)
